Dr Sameer Kumar Sighakoli is a Consultant physician in general medicine, diabetes and endocrinology who has been working as a substantive consultant in Medway Maritime Hospital since 2017. He has held several posts at Medway Maritime Hospital since his appointment – patient safety lead, clinical lead for diabetes and is currently the audit lead for the division of specialty medicine. He is also a deputy royal college tutor.
Dr Sighakoli finished his higher specialist (post graduate) training in internal medicine and endocrinology in Kent, Surrey and Sussex deanery. This included specialist training at Guys and St Thomas Hospital. He provides treatment on a wide range of general medical, diabetes and endocrine conditions.
